Participating products can be bought at Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, or Independent supermarkets, both in-store and online, during the promotion period.
Yes, you must keep your receipt as proof of purchase. The receipt needs to clearly show:
- Product name
- Purchase price
- Retailer
- Date and time of purchase
- Receipt number
- Payment has been received in full
Ensure the receipt is in good condition, not damaged or in pieces. Images should be clear and in focus, not obscured by any objects. If the purchase receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.
Note: If a claimant uses the same purchase receipt to submit multiple claims, the Promoter will render all claims submitted by that claimant, using that one receipt, invalid.
1. Visit the promotion page at mainland.com.au/moneyback 2. Fill in your personal details (name, email, phone number) for verification 3. Once received, enter unique code to validate mobile number 4. Upload a photo of your purchase receipt. 5. Briefly (in 15 words or more) explain why your experience with your Mainland product has been less than satisfactory. 6. Submit your claim online.
We recommend using your smartphone or tablet to take a photo of your receipt and upload it directly from your photo gallery. Alternatively, you can use a camera or scanner, save the image to your computer, and upload it during the claim process.
Online shoppers will receive a PDF of their order confirmation via email. Save the PDF to your device, then upload it during the claim process by selecting the file.
If your claim is approved, you will receive a Digital Prepaid Mastercard® to the email address you provided within 10 business days. The card will be loaded with the amount you spent on the product.

Yes, you can submit up to two claims during the promotion, but each claim must be for a different type of product: one for a Mainland Buttersoft™ product and one for a Mainland Cheese product.
If your claim doesn’t meet the guidelines, you will receive an email explaining why it was unsuccessful. Be sure to check your inbox (and junk mail) for the confirmation.
You can use the Digital Prepaid Mastercard anywhere that accepts Mastercard prepaid cards for electronic transactions (except for ATMs or over-the-counter transactions at financial institutions).
You’ll receive an email with activation instructions. Follow the steps in the email to activate your card before using it.
Once activated, your Digital Prepaid Mastercard works like any regular Mastercard. Add it to your mobile wallet and use it at checkout by tapping your phone. If your purchase exceeds the card balance, you’ll need to cover the rest with another payment method.
The expiry date of your Digital Prepaid Mastercard will be included in the activation email or can be checked through the TCN App.
